Description of Role

Build a thriving work-at-home business providing remote customer service for top brands. We are seeking Independent Contractor Agents to provide virtual services to our client’s customers, spanning a variety of industries including Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services, Health & Wellness, and Computer Software.

Ideal Candidates

Our clients are looking for people who are comfortable with:

  • Conducting inbound/outbound customer service interactions.

  • Creatively solving problems.

  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions.

  • Documenting details of customer interactions.

  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously.

Successful Candidates

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

  • Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems

  • Strong customer service verbal and written skills

  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult customers

Remote Agent FAQ

How does it work?
  1. Register with Readyly by filling out an on-line form with basic information.
  2. We contact you to understand your interests, background, and availability.
  3. Once selected for a position, we’ll onboard you as one of our remote agents.
  4. You will get matched to a company and go through onboarding and certification.
What equipment do I need?
  • At a minimum you will need a computer and access to a high-speed internet connection
  • Certain client programs may have additional equipment requirements. You will be informed of these prior to being confirmed for a specific position.
What kind of support is available?

How soon can I start working?
