Kris Sandor

Kris is an enthusiastic leader who thrives in fast-growth environments, having developed strategy and operations expertise for the past 20 years at companies like Palantir, SmartAsset, CloudKitchens, and McKinsey & Co. He learned first hand about the challenges of scaling CX when he led and managed Citi Bike, which broke $50M in annual revenue with over 600 employees prior to its acquisition by Lyft in 2018. Kris is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, earned a masters degree in international security studies at Georgetown University, and holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Vijay Jagoori

For over 20 years, Vijay has inspired those around him with a combination of technical proficiency, drive for results, and a passion for building and scaling innovative products, solutions and tools. Vijay is a leader in the field of software engineering and has led teams from around the world in building cutting-edge software for companies such as Cisco, Tektronix, Nokia, and Dell. Vijay is a graduate of the MMM University of Technology and earned a masters degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay.
